This full-time, contract opportunity spans from August 11, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and offers the chance to support students speech and language progress throughout the school year. You'll work with a diverse caseload across all grade levels, collaborating closely with educational teams to deliver impactful therapy services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Certification
- Understanding of school-based speech therapy procedures and protocols
- Experience supporting K-12 caseloads preferred
- Commitment to accurate data collection and timely documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with communication needs
- Accurately collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and family members to support student success
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Participate in meetings and maintain compliance with school and district requirements
