Job Description:
We are seeking a School Social Worker to support students with intensive social, emotional, and developmental needs in a specialized education setting in the Denver metro area. This role is highly collaborative and clinically focused within a school environment.

Position Details:

Location: Denver Metro Area, CO
Schedule: Full-Time (MondayFriday)
Setting: Onsite only (Specialized school program)
Employment Type: School-Based

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic and supportive counseling services
Work with students with developmental, behavioral, or emotional disabilities
Collaborate closely with psychologists, SLPs, OTs, and special education staff
Support IEP development and implementation
Assist with behavioral intervention planning and monitoring
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
Support family engagement and care coordination

Qualifications:

MSW required
Colorado licensure or eligibility for school-based practice
Experience in special education or clinical child/adolescent settings preferred
Strong assessment, intervention, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.48 to $58.48. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
