Key Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program
- Current specialized school social work certification
- Active state licensure as a Social Worker

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and counseling to students facing academic, behavioral, or personal challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Conduct assessments to identify students needs and recommend appropriate resources or services
- Deliver crisis intervention and conflict resolution services as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with school, district, and state policies
