Two unique positions are available:

Position 1:

• Work with elementary students exhibiting significant behavioral needs
• Smaller caseload, starting with 2 students and may increase to up to 7
• Paraprofessional assigned to the classroom for support
• Standard schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM3:30 PM
• Active Wisconsin Cross Categorical (K-5) Certification required

Position 2:

• Serve elementary students with physical disabilities and Autism
• Manage a caseload of 7 students, possibly increasing to 8
• Collaborate daily with a classroom paraprofessional
• Consistent full-time hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM3:30 PM
• Active Wisconsin Cross Categorical (K-5) Certification required

In both roles, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Adapting instruction to support each students unique needs
• Working closely with paras, related service providers, and families
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
