Two unique positions are available:
Position 1:
- Work with elementary students exhibiting significant behavioral needs
- Smaller caseload, starting with 2 students and may increase to up to 7
- Paraprofessional assigned to the classroom for support
- Standard schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM3:30 PM
- Active Wisconsin Cross Categorical (K-5) Certification required
Position 2:
- Serve elementary students with physical disabilities and Autism
- Manage a caseload of 7 students, possibly increasing to 8
- Collaborate daily with a classroom paraprofessional
- Consistent full-time hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM3:30 PM
- Active Wisconsin Cross Categorical (K-5) Certification required
In both roles, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapting instruction to support each students unique needs
- Working closely with paras, related service providers, and families
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
