Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license (as required by state)
  • Experience in math instruction, ideally in inclusion environments

  • Familiarity with individualized (1:1) and group instruction strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Co-teach with general education faculty in an inclusion math setting
  • Deliver customized, 1:1 targeted math support via pull-in model
  • Assess and document student progress, adapting instruction as necessary
  • Collaborate in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and families
