Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Current state certification in Special Education
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students (K-4) preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique strengths and needs
- Use evidence-based strategies and resources to support students in reaching their educational goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student performance for compliance and ongoing support
- Provide both direct instruction and consultative support to students and staff
