A specialized teaching opportunity is available for professionals experienced in working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students through telehealth services. This contract position offers the chance to apply expertise in remote educational support within a school environment located in Perris, CA.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering instruction and support tailored specifically to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students via telehealth platforms
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to develop individualized learning plans

- Utilizing assistive technology and communication strategies appropriate for Deaf/Hard of Hearing learners

Desired qualifications and experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Proven ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions for educational purposes
- Strong communication skills in American Sign Language (ASL) or other relevant communication methods
- Familiarity with educational laws and best practices related to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
- Experience working within a school setting preferred
