Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a school setting
- Proven expertise in pediatric care, with compassion for 1:1 clinical interaction
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with school staff, students, and families
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care for one pediatric student within the school environment
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor medical conditions, and manage treatments as required
- Serve as a compassionate advocate, supporting the students health and academic engagement
- Maintain accurate, timely health records and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with school policies and healthcare protocols
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and collaborate with educational and healthcare professionals
