About the Role
Our school system is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Paraprofessionals to support teachers to help students succeed in an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting classroom instruction, assisting students with diverse learning needs, and contributing to a positive school community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree or higher preferred)
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Open to toileting and diapering or working one-on-one with students
- Ability to pass background checks and meet district employment requirements
