Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a Masters degree or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology
- Maintain a current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist
- Experience supporting pediatric clients, ideally in a school environment
- Comfortable working one-on-one with students
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with staff, students, and families
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostics for students
- Create and implement individualized support and intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to optimize learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of services provided
- Provide direct therapy and support for students needing audiological services
- Train staff on hearing technologies and best practices for classroom inclusion
