A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Licensed Audiologist specializing in pediatric care to provide 1:1 services in a school setting. This long-term contract role is based in Topeka, KS, and is open to candidates willing to travel. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive audiological support to students, ensuring individualized attention and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pediatric audiological assessments and evaluations within the school environment.
- Provide 1:1 audiology services tailored to the needs of young students.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement hearing-related support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Qualifications:
- Masters or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology.
- Current state licensure as an Audiologist in Texas.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Topeka, KS.
