Desired Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification appropriate to your discipline (e.g., BCBA, RBT, SLP, PT, etc.)
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability to new environments and enthusiasm for working in varied educational settings
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Document and report student progress in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Adjust interventions as needed to support diverse learners and changing caseloads
