These roles are open to skilled professionals in the areas of behavior analysis, speech therapy, physical therapy, special education, and support positions. Opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Special Education Teachers, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPincluding CFY roles), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Physical Therapists (PT).
Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification appropriate to your discipline (e.g., BCBA, RBT, SLP, PT, etc.)
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Adaptability to new environments and enthusiasm for working in varied educational settings
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Document and report student progress in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Adjust interventions as needed to support diverse learners and changing caseloads
