Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience implementing and supervising ABA interventions in a school setting
- Skilled at conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavioral intervention plans
- Confident communicator with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with supporting diverse learning needs in inclusive classrooms
- Previous experience with billing clients is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services for students across grade levels
- Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior management strategies
- Monitor progress, collect data, and update intervention plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear documentation and meet compliance requirements
