Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and the ability to conduct FBA/BIP
- Professionalism and flexibility in dynamic school environments
- Capacity for empathetic, student-centered interactions
- Up-to-date on continuing education and best practices in behavioral intervention
Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior support plans
- Oversee data collection, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families
- Deliver staff training and participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral subject matter expert
- Collaborate with educational teams to foster positive, inclusive learning environments
- Maintain timely documentation and adhere to ethical standards of practice
