• Active BCBA certification with experience in a school setting
• Proven knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and best practices

• Skilled in developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of diverse student populations

What youll do:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design tailored intervention strategies
• Oversee and support the implementation of behavior plans in classroom and school environments
• Train, guide, and coach teachers and staff on behavior management techniques
• Monitor progress through data collection, reporting, and plan evolution
• Attend and contribute to team meetings to support students behavioral and educational goals
• Serve as a resource for families and school personnel to address ongoing behavioral needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and uphold high ethical standards

This full-time contract position offers 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. More details about the day-to-day role and school environment will be provided during interview.
