This contract opportunity is open to both Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) eager to contribute their skills in a school environment through May 2026. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active BCBA or RBT certification required
- At least one year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred, but not essential for consideration
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and staff
- Confidence in using evidence-based strategies to support behavior management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing behavioral support to faculty and students in a K-12 caseload at a single school site
- Coach and train teachers and staff on de-escalation techniques and crisis prevention strategies
- Model and reinforce positive behavioral interventions throughout the school day
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for managing challenging behaviors in the classroom
- Focus on empowering staff and students, with minimal responsibility for formal assessments or developing behavior intervention plans
