ProCare Therapy is seeking a BCBA for a full-time opportunity supporting schools throughout Jacksonville, Florida. This consultative role is ideal for a behavior analyst who enjoys coaching educators, strengthening classroom practices, and supporting students in self-contained Exceptional Student Education programs.

Position Details
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: May 28, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day
- Onsite only
- Itinerant assignment supporting multiple schools throughout Jacksonville
- Focus on staff consultation and program support rather than direct student therapy
- Potential supervision of 1 to 2 Registered Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities
- Observe classroom environments and student behavior to guide interventions.
- Model behavioral strategies and provide training for school staff.
- Develop Functional Behavior Assessments and attend related meetings.
- Collaborate with educators and support teams serving self-contained ESE programs.
- Provide RBT supervision if assigned.

Qualifications and Onboarding
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and staff coaching skills.
- Ability to travel between assigned school locations.
- Completion of required fingerprinting and background clearance.
- Candidates with previous Florida school district fingerprints available through the AHCA Clearinghouse will complete a verification form to determine whether existing prints remain valid or new fingerprinting is needed.
- Following clearance, candidates must apply for a required JLA badge. Badge issuance may take up to 10 business days.
