Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school district for the 20262027 school year. The BCBA will help develop and implement behavioral interventions to promote student success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide behavioral support and guidance to school staff
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
