Job Description

Step into a vital role supporting students in an elementary school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract opportunity offers an exciting chance to contribute your expertise while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. With immediate start through the end of the school year, youll become an integral part of a collaborative special education team.

What Youll Bring:

  • Current BCBA certification and experience implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Prior experience working in elementary school environments
  • Strong analytical, observational, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment) processes
  • Clear and professional communication with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for students
  • Collaborate with classroom staff and provide direct consultation and ongoing coaching
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide training and support to educators and paraprofessionals to ensure plan fidelity
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals focused on behavioral outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for families, supporting strategies for consistency across home and school settings
