Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with K-12 students as a dedicated BCBA and Behavior Specialist. Positioned near Surprise, AZ, this role begins in August 2026 and continues through May 2027, providing the chance to positively impact young lives throughout the school year. This position offers a pay range of $35-$45 per hour, reflecting your expertise and current credentials.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure is mandatory
- IVP (Identity Verified Prints) card required
- Valid drivers license
- Experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to implement evidence-based strategies
- Lead training sessions for school staff in behavior management techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document all sessions and maintain compliance with district and licensure guidelines
