A contract position is available for a dedicated professionalBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)to make a meaningful impact supporting both students and staff. What Were Looking For:
- Active BCBA or RBT certification required.
- At least one year of experience practicing ABA; school experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coaching, training, and building relationships with students and staff.
- Comfortable working full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule.
- Available to start as soon as possible and commit through May 20th, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and collaborate with faculty in managing student behaviors across K12 settings.
- Support teachers and staff with effective de-escalation and crisis prevention techniques, providing on-the-job training and recommendations.
- Work one-on-one and in group settings to promote positive behavioral supports.
- Focus solely on intervention and collaborationno requirements for Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Contribute to a single school site, allowing for strong relationships and focus.
