What Were Looking For:

• Active BCBA or RBT certification required.
• At least one year of experience practicing ABA; school experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coaching, training, and building relationships with students and staff.
• Comfortable working full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule.
• Available to start as soon as possible and commit through May 20th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with faculty in managing student behaviors across K12 settings.
• Support teachers and staff with effective de-escalation and crisis prevention techniques, providing on-the-job training and recommendations.
• Work one-on-one and in group settings to promote positive behavioral supports.
• Focus solely on intervention and collaborationno requirements for Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Contribute to a single school site, allowing for strong relationships and focus.
