Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Massachusetts | Full-Time

ProCare Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Massachusetts! Join a supportive team and help K12 students achieve their therapy goals.

Job Details

  • Location: Massachusetts
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 17, 2027
  • Pay: Up to $35/hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | 5 days/week
  • Caseload: Approximately 53 K12 students districtwide
  • Support: Collaborate with an OT who works 3 days per week, with the COTA primarily providing direct therapy services.

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts COTA License (Required)
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
