Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Shelton, WA | Full-Time | Onsite

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Shelton, Washington. This opportunity will support students in grades 512 while collaborating with a supervising Occupational Therapist (OT) who may provide virtual services.

Position Details

• Location: Shelton, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Setting: Onsite
• Caseload: Students in grades 512
• Travel: Four schools within the district, each approximately one mile apart
• Supervision: Onsite COTA support for a district utilizing a virtual OT (VOCO)

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Support students in developing functional, fine motor, and school participation skills.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with school staff and the supervising OT to support student needs.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State COTA credential required.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between district school sites.
