Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (required); Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling (preferred)
  • Valid State Counselor License (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
  • Passion for supporting youth and contributing to a positive school culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to a diverse, K-12 student population
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Assist in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and peer mediation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student success and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with school and district policies
