Job Description
Step into a crucial role dedicated to supporting the success of high school students as an Educational Diagnostician. This rewarding contract opportunity begins August 4th and runs through May 21st, providing both full-time and part-time options for experienced professionals. Candidates will work with a high school population (ages 9th grade through 18+), managing approximately 92 students, and will be responsible for both annual and review ARD meetings. Around 4045 initial and reevaluations are anticipated, requiring skill and expertise with high school caseloads and the Frontline system for IEPs/ARD paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Valid Educational Diagnostician certification is required.
- Experience supporting high school-aged students is essential.
- Proven proficiency using Frontline for IEP and ARD paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a substantial caseload.
- Capacity to complete graduation plans, transition sections, and supplemental documentation for ARDs/IEPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the review and annual ARD process for approximately 92 students.
- Complete initial assessments and reevaluations as needed (4050 anticipated).
- Serve as ARD manager, supporting annual and review meetings onsite.
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards in Frontline.
- Contribute to high-quality educational planning through accurate, thorough reporting and collaboration.
