Job Description

Begin making a difference in students lives by providing valuable expertise as an Educational Diagnostician for a supportive high school community near Mexia, TX. This contract position has both full-time and part-time options and begins August 4th, continuing through May 21st. Youll play a key role in guiding students, families, and educators toward effective educational outcomes, ensuring every student receives the support they need.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with high school populations
  • Proficiency with Frontline for managing IEPs and ARDs
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 92 high school students, ages 9th grade18+
  • Conduct 4050 reevaluation and initial evaluations throughout the school year
  • Complete and maintain ARD paperwork in Frontline, including annual and review meetings
  • Fill out transition sections, graduation plans, and any additional IEP/ARD supplements
  • Act as ARD manager, facilitating and documenting meetings and ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student success
