Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/LVN licensure in California
- Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience is preferred
- Familiarity with seizure care protocols and emergency response
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced or urgent situations
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily health office support, including medication administration and routine first aid
- Provide vigilant seizure monitoring, respond to any incidents, and document all interventions
- Communicate health concerns and updates clearly to parents, teachers, and administrators
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant healthcare and school regulations
- Support the overall safety and health of students and staff throughout the school day
