Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field (required)
- Active LMFT license in the state (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and families, preferably in a school or educational environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and adapt to a dynamic school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work collaboratively with school staff, administrators, and parents to support student well-being and academic success
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals as necessary
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
