Key Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in the state is required
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, caregivers, and educational staff
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, group, and family counseling services within the school community
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored for students' emotional and behavioral growth
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address students needs
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation according to district and legal standards
- Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on strategies to support student success
- Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and other interdisciplinary discussions as needed
