What you'll need to bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing caseloads and new environments
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to supporting students of varying abilities
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple school sites

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct OT services onsite, tailoring interventions to students individual needs
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with IEP goals and school requirements
• Collaborate with educators, related service staff, and families to foster student independence and participation
• Adjust to changing assignments as OTs return from or depart for leave, ensuring seamless service delivery across school locations
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding student progress and ongoing needs
