Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware OT licensure and certification required
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience
• Strong background working with middle and high school populations
• Familiarity with IEP process and special education documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services within educational settings
• Complete student evaluations, focusing primarily on re-evaluations for middle and high school students
• Manage a light caseload (currently 15 evaluations)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure inclusive, student-centered practice
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and attend necessary meetings
