Desired Skills & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials allowing practice in a school environment
• Experience working in schools, particularly at the elementary level, is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP goals, progress monitoring, and adapting interventions for diverse student needs
• Effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to elementary students as identified through IEPs
• Assess students needs, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to goal development
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with school and federal/state requirements
• Provide consultative support and training to educators and family members to promote student success in the classroom
• Adapt therapy approaches as needed throughout the school year for optimal outcomes
