Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience providing OT services within a school setting
• Familiarity with home health, healthcare, and teletherapy models
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable utilizing technology for remote services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to students in-person and/or via teletherapy
• Evaluate students to assess functional abilities and needs related to academic participation
• Develop and implement individualized education or treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress with families and educators
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support carryover of skills
• Provide support for adaptive equipment or environmental modifications as appropriate
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements in both school and healthcare settings
