Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skill supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges
- Consistent reliability and ability to adhere to scheduled hours, 37.5 per week (no part-time consideration)
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily commute
- Able to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check
- Proficient with technology for virtual interviews (Microsoft Teams)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions tailored to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to formulate student-centered goals and IEPs
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Maintain professional communication and notify appropriate contacts in case of absences
