What Youll Need:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid OT license
- Experience working in school settings, especially K12 (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What Youll Do:
- Provide onsite occupational therapy services to multiple K12 schools
- Evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate strategies in classrooms
- Support IEP meetings and contribute solutions for student success
- Document assessments and ongoing interventions according to district standards
