Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric OT preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments
• Commitment to meeting IEP goals and state guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other areas identified in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for each student on your caseload
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support integrated student care and classroom participation
• Provide guidance, strategies, and resources to staff and caregivers for continuity of care
• Manage a full-time weekly schedule (37.5 hours) on a school-year contract from November 30, 2026, to April 2, 2027
