Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Minnesota
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
• Familiarity with both elementary and middle school caseloads is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete assessments and documentation promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in elementary and middle school, tailored to their individual needs
• Assess students functional abilities and create intervention plans supporting academic success and daily participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop goals and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
• Offer consultative services to staff and families, fostering a collaborative environment
