Make an impact in educational settings by providing essential occupational therapy services to students in a supportive, collaborative environment. This contract opportunity, available immediately through the end of the school year (June 9, with the possibility of an earlier end date should no emergency days arise), allows you to work flexibly across designated elementary sites in the Naperville, IL area. You'll engage with students in various settings, offering both direct support and proportionate share services as part of a talented school-based therapy team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must hold active Illinois Occupational Therapy Licensure
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with students and staff
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to rotate between sites and provide proportional services as scheduled

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students IEPs and educational plans
• Provide direct and consultative services at designated school sites (Cloverdale Elementary and St. Isadore)
• Partner with teachers and other therapists to maximize student participation and achievement
• Assess, document, and report on student progress effectively
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to eligibility evaluations, and develop appropriate therapy strategies
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for school-based therapy services
