Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in California
  • Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress documentation, and IEP meeting participation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage IEP goals for K8th grade students
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed records
  • Attend IEP meetings and actively collaborate with school staff and families
  • Provide direct therapy onsite at multiple school locations
  • Participate in school events and foster a supportive environment for all students
