Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant experience in school-based OT preferred
- Previous experience with elementary-aged children a plus
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
- Flexibility, excellent communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services for K-5 students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement IEP goals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
- Adapt interventions to meet individual needs within an inclusive school environment
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
