Your role involves working 3 days a week with students spread across 2 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. With a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 and the flexibility to customize your weekly schedule, you can enjoy both professional fulfillment and valuable downtime for exploration and personal adventures.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker for schools
- Knowledge of educational regulations and documentation requirements
- Previous school-based experience is preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and intervention to students identified as needing OT or social work services
- Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to facilitate student success
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized plans
- Travel between elementary, middle, and high school sites as needed
