Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred, though strong clinical or pediatric backgrounds also valued
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage diverse caseloads
• Dedication to providing individualized care and promoting students educational participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create targeted intervention plans for students with a variety of needs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classrooms and dedicated therapy spaces
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district and federal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Support safe, accessible, and positive learning environments for all students
