Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, teletherapy, or broader healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, student assessments, and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and staff
• Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Adaptable, organized, and committed to ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted, individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy, adapting approaches to student needs
• Consult with teachers and caregivers to ensure integration of therapeutic strategies into classroom and home routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued interdisciplinary team member
• Educate and empower school staff, students, and parents on best practices for developmental and academic support
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
