What Youll Provide:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Maine
- Prior experience in a school setting, preferably providing pediatric therapy
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with student plans
- Ability to organize sessions and paperwork efficiently within limited onsite hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately 4 hours of direct services to students, with allocated time for indirect paperwork and documentation
- Assess and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student development
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure students needs are addressed holistically
- Maintain thorough records per school and state requirements
- Adapt strategies to meet varying student goals and progress
