Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners working as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aid. This full-time contract opportunity runs through June 11th, 2027, providing stability and valuable classroom experience. Youll work a consistent weekday schedule (6.5 hours per day), with flexible shift options between 7:45 am 2:45 pm or 8:00 am 3:00 pm, supporting before and after school care.

Multiple openings are available across elementary school sites in a welcoming and inclusive environment just north of San Francisco. You'll assist educators within general education classrooms, working with either Transitional KindergartenKindergarten age groups or 1st5th graders. Candidates should be comfortable providing compassionate help with toileting and diapering as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide is highly valued
• Enthusiasm for supporting children in early learning or primary grades
• Ability to assist students with daily needs, including hygiene care
• Flexibility and willingness to work with varied age groups
• Successful completion of a paraprofessional training program (required)
• Reliable transportation and awareness of regional travel logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Offer encouragement, guidance, and a safe, nurturing presence to students
• Monitor student participation and provide individualized attention as needed
• Assist with hygiene routines, including toileting and diapering
