• Prior experience working with children or in educational environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students individually and in small groups as directed by supervising teachers
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and productive learning atmosphere
• Monitor students during class activities, transitions, and breaks
• Deliver feedback on student progress to staff as needed
• Support students with special needs by following individualized education plans (IEPs), under guidance
• Assist in classroom organization and preparation of materials
