ProCare Therapy is hiring a Paraprofessional to join a school team in Colorado Springs, CO for the 20262027 school year. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom and one-on-one student support
- Assist with academic activities and daily routines
- Reinforce positive classroom behaviors
- Support students with special education needs
- Work alongside teachers and other school staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Special education or behavioral experience is a plus
- Dependable, patient, and supportive attitude
