Job Description

Step into a rewarding full-time role providing essential support for students and educators for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year, just outside Denver, CO. As a paraprofessional, youll make a daily difference in a vibrant school environment, collaborating closely with teachers and students in grades K-8. Were scheduling interviews immediately to ensure a smooth transition before classes start at the end of July.

We have opportunities across multiple grade levels and focus areas:

Available Positions:

  • Grades 6-8: Deliver academic and clerical assistance in classrooms, helping students succeed and teachers stay organized.
  • K-2 (2 Openings):
    • One-on-one role offering behavioral and life skills support, including assistance with bathrooming and maintaining student safety throughout the school day.
    • Traditional classroom support with an emphasis on behavioral guidance where needed.
  • Grades 3-5: Two specialized openings as behavioral-focused paraprofessionals, supporting students social, emotional, and behavioral growth within the classroom.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Experience as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or in a support capacity in educational settings.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children in diverse learning environments.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting students with varying needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized strategies for students academic and behavioral success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and encouragement to students, both academically and behaviorally.
  • Assist with classroom management, instructional activities, and clerical duties.
  • Implement individualized plans and ensure student safety and engagement throughout the day.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
