Key Qualifications:

• Must meet at least one of the following requirements:
  • Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Para Educator Exam)
  • Hold a minimum of 60 college credits, with official transcripts available (transcripts required; diplomas/degree pictures not accepted)
• Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to commit to 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support and classroom assistance under teacher guidance
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and engaging learning environment
• Support students with a range of abilities, including those in specialized programs (such as DCD or center-based resource settings)
• Assist with classroom management and individualized plans
• Serve as a positive role model for students throughout the school day
