Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluent in American Sign Language
• Experience as a paraprofessional or Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and communication needs

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ASL interpretation and support to elementary students throughout the school day

• Assist in creating an accessible classroom environment through language facilitation and tailored support
• Encourage students social, academic, and developmental growth
• Participate in education team meetings, sharing observations and contributing to individualized plans
